Todd spent the majority of his formative years in the small town of Perryville, Arkansas, where he was involved in many different youth leadership opportunities in and around his church. He attended college at Ouachita Baptist University where he studied Christian Theology and New Testament Greek. While there he served in a number of different youth and campus ministry positions. After graduating, he joined the staff at First United Methodist Church in North Little Rock as the youth pastor in 2007. In 2012, he left this position to pursue his master’s degree at Duke Divinity School. Todd graduated from Duke in May 2015. This is his first appointment.
Todd is a certified United Methodist youth worker and hopes to use his experience and training to minister to families at First Church. He is also passionate about the formational power of Christian worship.
Todd is married to Emily and they have two wonderful children, Nora and James. In his spare time, Todd likes to lift weights, cook, read, and spend time with his family.
